Our solutions focus on one outcome—they are all designed to bring out the best in your appearance and the best in you.  You’ll love what you see.

We can make you look great through the proven skills of our highly competent, integrated team of medical practitioners.

The practice is founded on the premise that that the way you look will positively affect how you feel about yourself, and how others in turn then look upon you. Our aim is to provide you with an environment and approach that is welcoming, supportive, friendly, engaging and safe.

Your first visit
We ask that you arrive at least 5 minutes early for your first visit to complete patient registration. If you wish to have records from our office relayed to a physician who referred you to us, please be prepared with his or her complete name, address, phone and fax numbers.

Your first appointment will be lengthier than subsequent visits. We need to get to know you thoroughly as a patient.

On this first visit, we will establish your baseline health profile which will serve as the foundation for a comprehensive care plan. Accordingly, your physician will need a complete medical history, involving questions about your health in the past, your family, your habits, and your work environment. All of this takes time, so be prepared for a first appointment of about 45 minutes duration.

Check-In/Check-Out
You will check-in with the receptionist upon arrival at our office. Be sure to notify us of any changes in your name, address, telephone number, employer, or insurance information.

At the end of your visit, stop at the check-out desk to pay for services and schedule your next appointment.

Consultation Procedure
Because every case is different, it is impossible to provide an accurate cost estimate over the phone. Appearances are often deceiving: what looks simple to you may actually be more complicated to treat, and what looks complicated may actually be simple to treat. We therefore offer low-cost consultations by appointment. We allow the time for the attention to detail necessary to make an accurate diagnosis, and to answer any questions you may have before you leave the office.

After a careful review of your medical history and concerns, based on the specific findings in your case, we will:

  1. Discuss any specific findings
  2. Advise on the need for any further investigations
  3. Review the pros and cons of all treatment options appropriate for your case
  4. Provide extensive notes about all aspects of the treatment
  5. Provide you with a cost estimate.
  6. Where Appropriate, with your permission, a brief report will be sent to your referring or primary care doctor as a courtesy.

This consultation takes approximately 30 minutes (depending on the complexity of the case), and costs $90.00. All patients receive a very detailed information sheet that explains all aspects of treatment.

Medical Insurance

Payment is due at the time each service is rendered. A detailed, properly itemised statement of fees is provided for each visit, and this can be sent to your insurance company if appropriate.
